Bio

Yadid Levy was born in Copenhagen to a Danish mother and Israeli Father. When he was 2 years old, his family moved to Israel. Both of his parents were seasoned travelers, and he grew up hearing many of their travel stories from around the world. During his mandatory military service, he got his first camera and fell in love at the first shutter click. Two days after he finished his service he began traveling extensively around the world til this day. Since then he has visited more than 70 countries and is still traveling about 6 months every year. His pictures have been published by major magazines, newspapers and book publishers around the world, among them are Geo, Merian, The Independent, Guardian, Focus, Newsweek, Maxim, Illustrered Videnskab, Lonely Planet publications, Rough Guides Publications, Fodor's Travel Publications, Insight Guides and many more.
When not traveling he shares his time between Buenos Aires and Copenhagen were he holds multimedia shows about his travels.
